All of our remodeling projects kick-off with a meeting in the place where we'll be doing the work. This gives us a sense of the space and a first-hand understanding of your remodel goals and challenges.
In the design phase, we start by considering the functional aspects of the project - how the room should be laid out for example. Slight variations in placement can make a small room feel bigger, and any room work better. Then we work our way into the details, choosing products, colors and designs that will bring it all together. Wrightway Construction Services takes the budgeting process seriously and works most remodeling projects on a fixed contract basis that includes the cost of materials. It's a win-win situation where you can plan for payments in advance.
We are motivated to meet your expectations. We don't consider a remodel project complete until the last piece of molding has been nailed in and the paint is dry. We want you to be completely satisfied, and look forward to your final inspection and approval.
Fees
-New customer - residential construction/remodel jobs - free phone and online estimates, due to rising fuel costs a surcharge maybe added for new customer onsite estimates depending on location. We are based in East Atlanta off Moreland Ave. between I-285 and I-20, 30316 Zip code. We work all over the metro area so give us a call we may be in your neighborhood.
-Referral customer -residential construction/remodel jobs - free onsite estimates and consultation
-Repeat customer - residential construction/remodel jobs - free onsite estimates and consultation plus 5% discount on services performed
-Commercial construction/remodel jobs - free estimates and consultation
-Handyman services - $85 first hour $60 per hr thereafter. $185 minimum Please contact us for more information
-Storm damage inspections/insurance consultations - free with signed customer agreement or $75 consultation fee
Signed customer agreement gives Wrightway Construction Services contractual permission to perform the scope of work covered by your insurance company upon meeting and negotiation with insurance representatives. Agreements are signed upon arrival prior to inspections and insurance negotiations. If damage is found our trained professionals represent you to receive the most positive outcome on your claim. We will meet with the insurance adjuster and handle all necessary paperwork regarding your claim. If paying your deductible is an issue, we will do our best to work with you.
-After hours 24/7 emergency services $400 minimum
-Emergency tarping $400 minimum covered by insurance company
-$185 minimum on any job or service performed
-4% fuel surcharge added to total job cost for all services performed
-8 % sales tax added to all transactions
